Blog7: What I hate about my profession

Hi classmates or if someone is reading me

Today I will talk about I hate about my career.

The main problem is that Journalism is a profession in Chile very poorly paid. Only in some places can you win very well, for example if you are a television celebrity or if you are working in a company. In general, the journalism is a poorly paid work in traditional media. 

Also, other problem it's the turns. Sometimes they are very extensive and exhausting, Unfortunately this also happens in other jobs. But I think this is also shown as something normal in the university and it is very bad.

Recently, for this same topic, bio-bio radio journalists are on strike, because they accuse very long work lengthy. I think this is an example, we cannot naturalize these work practices. The job of journalists is to denounce these situations in other spaces, for the same reason, it's not right what we accept the same. 

I believe that the solution to this problem is to denounce the media or companies that do these bad work practices and that universities occupy their spaces of power to put these topics into discussion.
